> Tell me what your budget is and what it is exactly you want drawn. (being more specific rather than less helps)
> I will throw you a pricing scheme, and we will discuss the commission specifics.
> Once your request is finalized, I will accept payment before the illustrating begins. I will also give you a rough estimate as for how long it may take. (I can only accept Paypal or etransfer)
> I will send you a sketch and we can discuss any needed modifications.
> After sketch has been decided upon, I will update you during the drawing process. I will not take major modifications after proceeding from the agreed sketch.
> I will send you the final piece in the desired format will full resolution.

SYNOPSIS:
In a smog-ridden society that bans nonprofitable technologies, how can young Fumio make a difference with his prowess as a mechanical contraband repair apprentice? He can’t. Or so he is told by his uncle. That is until his actions start controlling machines in a way he once thought not possible.
It’s not like this hasn’t happened before, but the few who know of it keep secrecy for fear of their safety. The effects of his growing ability are being seen in places beyond the smoky borders of his sheltered life. There is a mysterious connection to what he thought he knew about his parents' absence. What is Fumio capable of and why is his world so keen on suppressing it?

CHARACTERS
FUMIO:
A young aspiring inventor seeking systematic change in the ecological collapse of his society. He may be the only one who can see through the smog...
ROSIE:
A lighthouse keep who is sick of isolation, wanting to play a larger role in the world and find community. Watching the ships go by your whole life can drive a person mad.
HESTER:
A boy who jumps from job to job on the run from a mysterious organization. Perhaps his walls are too fortified for his own good.
LONNY:
With vision issues and an unorthodox appearance, isn't it easier to conform to the system? He may aspire, but the world isn't kind to those who don't fit in it's boxes.
OTTO:
Half automaton, half human. Will this cyborg ever escape those who wish to control him?
RENATA:
A cloning specialist obsessed with self perfection. Will she overcome her own flaws in order to truly be human?
